Office Policies

We reserve appointment times exclusively for each patient. We ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs Dr. Simpson's care could be scheduled if we have significant time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. There is a charge for all broken, cancelled or rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. If the Murfreesboro City Schools are closed due to ice/snow, we will also be closed.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file dental claims to your benefit provider on the date of service. Our office accepts most dental benefit plans. Dr. Simpson is only a participating dentist for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and Delta Dental. We estimate all services to the best of our ability based on what your dental benefit provider has given our office.
You are fully responsible for any amounts not covered by your dental benefit provider on date services are rendered. If you do not have dental benefits, full payment is due on the day of service. Please make prior payment arrangements if someone other than the parent or guardian brings your child for an appointment.

We accept cash, personal check, money orders, American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. There is a $35 charge for all returned checks.

A signed HIPPA Compliant form is required from the parent or guardian before your child may be seen in our office. In cases of claim filing, we will need a signed HIPPA Compliant form from the subscriber.
